RULES

 

1. All birds will be vaccinated and quarantine 9th and 10th flights will be pulled
2. No KKL banded birds will be accepted
3. Any unusual circumstances will be addressed by Loft Owner, his decision will be final
4. Kripple Kreek Classic Loft will not be Responsible for anything that may occur out of our control
5. If a birds fee is not PAID by the original owner, another party may activate the bird by paying the DUE fee's any monies won will be awarded to the party that paid the entry fee.

NOTES
 

• After the last race is completed All birds will be returned to their original owners at their expense

• No Auctions

• No Buy Backs

All Birds MUST be received by their original owners NO later then 30 days from last race date at owners expense
After 30 days from last race date Any or All birds not returned to original owners become property of Kripple Kreek Loft to dispose of at their discretion.
